Terms and Conditions for Workshop Bookings
Booking Confirmation

All workshop bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during booking.
Payment and Refund Policy

All workshop bookings are non-refundable.

This policy ensures that we can prepare materials and plan accordingly for each participant.

Transfer of Booking

Bookings are transferable in name only, not date.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another individual by notifying us at least 48 hours before the workshop.

The new participant’s name and contact details must be provided in writing via email.

The original date and time of the workshop cannot be changed or rescheduled.

Workshop Participation

All participants are required to arrive on time for the scheduled workshop. Late arrivals may not be accommodated, and no refunds or rescheduling will be provided for missed sessions.

Materials and instructions will be provided during the workshop as outlined in the description. Additional requests or changes may not be accommodated.
Liability

By booking, you agree to participate in the workshop at your own risk. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during or as a result of the workshop.
Amendments to Workshops

We reserve the right to make changes to the workshop content, instructor, or format if unforeseen circumstances arise.

In the event of a cancellation by us, you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to transfer to another workshop date.
